Easy in theory, difficult in practice…

I’ve had the privilege of working with many organizations that have struggled with institutionalizing governance, PPM or PM-based changes.

The “to be” state is not difficult to envision, and the support processes and tools are readily available.  The benefits from the changes are academically valuable and readily understandable.

And yet, the challenge is with changing people’s behavior at all levels.

Hence the name of this Blog…
