		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve encouraged the team I&#039;m working with right now to remove the emotion to the greatest extent possible and bring decisions and issues back to the facts.  While teams do need to vent at times, you have to come back to reality based in factual information.  Outside review is a great idea if you can&#039;t divest yourself enough from the emotional aspects.
